Refund Policy

Digital Products
All beat licenses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once download links have been accessed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same license twice
- Technical issues — Files are corrupted or undeliverable and we cannot resolve the issue
- Unauthorized purchase — Your payment method was used without your consent
- DMCA takedown — A beat you purchased is removed due to a valid copyright claim
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at assistant@fsitsolutions.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Exclusive License Refunds
Exclusive license purchases cannot be refunded once the beat has been removed from the marketplace. If you need to cancel an exclusive purchase, contact us immediately before the beat is delisted.
